The College of Horticulture and Forestry, Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University, is located on the university's main campus in Jhansi (Uttar Pradesh). Established in 2016, the college aims to deliver high-quality education and training in horticulture and forestry sciences.

Presently, the college has 10 departments with all infrastructural and lab facilities. At the UG level, the college offers B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture and B.Sc. (Hons.) Forestry degree programmes. To date, the college has graduated four batches of B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture and B.Sc. (Hons.) Forestry. In the academic session 2023–24, the sanctioned strength of B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture and B.Sc. (Hons.) Forestry increased to 40 students.

1:  The College offers M.Sc. Horticulture in 4 disciplines, i.e., Fruit Science, Vegetable Science and Floriculture & Landscaping, with an intake of four students in each and Post-harvest Management with an intake of 2 students.

2:  The College offers M. Sc. Forestry in 4 disciplines, i.e., Silviculture & Agro-forestry with an intake of 7 students, Forest Products & Utilization with an intake of 4 students and Forest Resource Management and Forest Biology & Tree Improvement, with an intake of 2 students in each.

3:  The college offers doctoral degree programmes in three disciplines of Horticulture, viz., Fruit Science, Vegetable Science and Floriculture & Landscaping, with an intake of 2 students in each discipline and one discipline in Forestry, viz., Silviculture & Agro-forestry with an intake of 4 students.

4:  The B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture program offers an experiential learning program (ELP) on “Commercial Horticulture” and B.Sc. (Hons.) Forestry program offers two experiential learning program (ELP) on “Raising Quality planting material” and “Processing of MAPs and forest products” to enhance the students' skill and entrepreneurship development.

5:  The college has successfully implemented three RKVY projects on Hi-tech nursery production in horticulture, Forestry and, protected cultivation of cut-flowers and developed infrastructure like polyhouses, propagation chambers, cold stores, germination chamber etc.

6:  The College of Horticulture and Forestry has a well-developed Horticulture and Forestry research farm and laboratories to cater to the needs of students in UG, PG and doctoral degree programs with quality teaching, research, and practical learning.

7:  The college has a fully air-conditioned academic building with smart class rooms and central research laboratories along with geospatial research and technology laboratory for effective delivery of the curriculum. The college is well equipped with farm machinery, a protected structures, a well-developed library, including an e-library, a crop cafeteria of fruits, vegetables, ornamental plants, medicinal and aromatic plants etc.

8:  The College has employed highly qualified and experienced faculty to cater good education to the students and support the college's research and extension activities. The College of Horticulture and Forestry faculty aims to train students and impart knowledge to develop skilled human resources so that they can contribute in sustainable development of country. The alumni from the College have cleared various competitive exams at the national level and brought laurels to the name of university.

9:  The National Agricultural Education Accreditation Board (NAEAB) of ICAR, New Delhi, accredited the College of Agriculture for a period of 5 years in 2021
